Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering client/customer questions about company products
- Receive sales orders from customers and share with respective sales representatives.
- Collect customer feedback through surveys and bulk messages
- Preparation of sales order and pro forma invoices.
- Assist with daily stock reconciliation and financial reconciliation.
- Participate in stock taking exercise when and as needed.
- Receive visitors, answer telephones and transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Attend weekly sales team meeting and document minutes for the meeting.
- Receive customer feedback and complaints, liaise with concerned departments, and follow up to ensure closure of the complaints.
- Ensuring the reception area is manned all the time & Keep up to date customer database
JOB KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in a Business-related course with 2 years’ experience in the same field
- KCSE mean grade of C plain with a D+ in Mathematics
- Highly customer focused, with high level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- High degree of problem-solving skills, negotiation skills and customer centric attitude
- Excellent records maintenance and reporting skills
- Self-organized individual with numeracy skills, Proactive, flexible and resilient team player
- High level of integrity and responsibility
