We are looking to hire a Finance Officer who will;

- Ensure proper books of accounts and financial records of the company are maintained;
- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers;
- Ensure monthly reconciliations are done on all bank accounts;
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy cash flow;
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all statutory returns;
- Prepare and share monthly management financial reports;
- Document, maintain and update the department’s internal processes and procedures;
- Draw attention to any point of weakness in the Company operations and Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;

- Prepare cash flow forecast and capital & operating budgets;
- Prepare and present a monthly variance report of actual Vs. budgeted amounts to form basis for necessary decision making; and
- Lias with Auditors and other external parties.
