Requirements

  •  Diploma in logistics and Supply Chain is preferred.
  • 2yrs experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role within a warehouse in FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle manual stock handling tasks and work in a warehouse environment.

Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • FMCG product knowledge.

Territory Sales Executives

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent. A Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, in the FMCG industry is a MUST.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a designated territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office suite..
  • FMCG product knowledge is a MUST.
