Job Summary:
The Data Clerk – USAID Imarisha Jamii OVC Project will support the monitoring & evaluation team in design, implementation and review of the project’s monitoring and evaluation interventions, collection of primary Data from the field and in putting into the reporting systems, addressing the M&E capacity gaps identified, track performance and inform programming.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Information Technology/Monitoring & Evaluation/Public Health/ Health Records/Computer Sciences/Statistics or related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Information Technology and analytical work. Experience in monitoring and evaluation preferred.
- Working knowledge of and practical experience of CPIMS or OVC Database will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in PEPFAR’s OVC and OVC M&E and results framework and up-to-date knowledge of PEPFAR indicators
- Good understanding of PEPFAR/MOH/MGLSD reporting requirements, expectations and Tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of databases
- Awareness on child Safeguarding practices and policies
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
