Reporting to the Lead Consultant, the Business Development Executive will lead the acquisition and generation of new business in HR outsourcing, Coaching, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, East Africa HR symposium, and for the RLG Insurance Agency.
The role is responsible for conducting market intelligence for business consideration decisions, proposing new methods for enhanced market development and penetration, and soliciting & acquiring business from corporate, public, and non-profit clients against established performance criteria and benchmarks.
