About the Role:
Aspira is on the lookout for committed Field Sales Representatives in the Mombasa region. This position plays a crucial part in making a positive impact by enabling individuals to access credit financing solutions through Aspiras innovative services. The primary responsibility involves signing up new customers for the credit financing solution in Mombasa, actively contributing to the companys overall revenue goals. The role offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with the community and make a difference through accessible financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- You will introduce customers to Aspira, elucidating the advantages of credit financing solutions.
- You will provide essential assistance to enable customers to seamlessly enter credit financing transactions.
- You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify cost-effective methods for scaling operations and optimising profitability.
- Account Management
- You will conduct thorough due diligence on customers, ensuring alignment with Aspira records.
- You will inform Company Management of any customer complaints.
- You will direct customers to relevant company representatives for efficient complaint resolution.
- You will ensure that the products/services provided align with the description and specifications
Others:
- You will act as a conduit for timely communication between the Company and customers.
- You will provide required reports, including sales, customer data, and marketing reports.
- You will assist and train Merchant/Retailers staff on their duties and obligations related to credit financing.
- You will undertake any other role incidental to the above or as directed by the Company.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field. If you hold a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, paired with a track record of tangible achievements in the field sales realm, we also encourage you to apply
- You have a proven track record of achievements in field sales with a minimum of two years of experience.
- You are a team player, infusing positivity, responsibility, and accountability in every endeavor.
