Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Reporting to the Senior QHS Coordinator the Technical Operations Officer will oversee the adherence, adoption and functionality of Technical Operations processes, ensuring compliance. This role is dedicated to timely detection, investigation and resolution of product quality issues. This role will equally be responsible for developing, storing and and retrieving SOPs, as well as establishing and consistently updating an ISO repository to ensure certification compliance.
You’ll be in charge of:
- SOP Documentation: Supporting the development, storage of new Technical Operations SOPs. Conducting regular reviews and updates in accordance with ISO standards, and organising and delivering SOP training sessions for Technical Coordinators and Managers.
- Product Quality Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring, escalating, compiling and reporting identified quality issues to the direct manager, offering comprehensive insights to enable informed decision-making and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Field Spot Checks and Hub Audits: Performing routine field spot checks and conducting bi-monthly hub audits following Sistema.bio checklists, identifying issues, and proposing real-time corrective and preventative actions.
- ISO Certification Document and Knowledge Management: Overseeing the compilation, storage, auditing, and reporting of ISO documentation organization-wide. Coordinating and executing pre-inspection audits in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure preparedness for external ISO certification audits.
More about YOU:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences or a related field
- +2 year experience in operations, quality assurance and/or quality management experience
- Good process audit and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRMs
- Experience working with root cause investigation tools such as 5 why, fish bone diagram
- Ability to conduct process compliance audits as per CRM based processes.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and develop high quality process flows and procedures which can be easily understood by cross-functional team members
- Highly collaborative and communicative.
