A shop seller on board our ship is responsible for maximizing revenues by convincing guests to buy, through initiating conversation and presenting products based on guests’ desires & needs.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge in English and any European language (Spanish/Germany/Italian/French) is required.
2. Must have more than 2 years working experience in luxurious cruise line or 4/5 star hotel in similar position.
3. Must have good communication skills.
4. Able to maintain excellence in selling skills, service standards, event execution and model store maintenance.
