We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative with expertise in cold calling to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies. Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted cold-calling campaigns to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our products/services accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective cold calling and prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align cold calling efforts with broader lead generation and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on cold calling activities, lead conversion, and market feedback.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in cold calling and business development roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them to manage leads and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the BPO is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
