We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative with expertise in cold calling to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in cold calling, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted cold-calling campaigns to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our products/services accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective cold calling and prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our client base.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align cold calling efforts with broader lead generation and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on cold calling activities, lead conversion, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in cold calling and business development roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the BPO is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
