We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in introducing and promoting our app to business owners and professionals in the personal care and beauty industry. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating excitement about our platform, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. This position involves shop-to-shop visits and requires a passion for personal care and beauty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Visit personal care and beauty businesses to introduce them to Jipamba and explain the benefits of our platform.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners and professionals, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our app’s features and benefits to effectively convey its value to potential users.
- Excitement Generation: Generate enthusiasm and excitement about our app through compelling presentations and demonstrations.
- Follow-Up: Ensure that businesses and professionals stay active on our platform and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and suggestions from customers and relay them to the Product and Business teams for continuous improvement.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
