About the Role:
As the Personal Assistant to our General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining his professional and personal life, ensuring he operates at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Personal Life Management:
- Organizing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
- Managing personal shopping and errands
- Coordinating childcare and household logistics
- Handling personal calendar and appointments
Client Liaison:
- Acting as the first point of contact for high-profile expatriate clients
- Screening and directing calls and emails
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling basic financial transactions (receiving payments, expense reports)
General Administration:
- Maintaining a well-organized office environment
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Drafting correspondence and documents

- Exceptional communication skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can build rapport with clients at all levels.
