Responsibilities:
- As an Assistant Secretary at Nathan Digital, your primary responsibilities will revolve around efficient calendar management and travel coordination.
Key duties include:
Calendar Management:
- Proactively managing and organizing executives’ schedules.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure optimal time management.
Travel Management:
- Planning and organizing domestic and international travel arrangements for executives.
- Coordinating flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel logistics.
- Ensuring travel plans align with executive preferences and company policies.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicating effectively to relay schedule changes, travel plans, and other relevant information.
- Collaborating with various departments to synchronize executive activities with organizational goals.
Administrative Support:
- Providing general administrative support as needed, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in calendar management tools and office software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
