Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Culturelligence. The Human Resources Intern will gain experience in various areas including recruiting, onboarding, training, and development. They will also work collaboratively with team members to facilitate positive employee experiences, advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion practices, and develop talent solutions that reflect our client’s unique needs and Culture.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or ATS preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to new challenges.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a strong positive attitude and willingness to learn.
