Position Summary:
Reporting to the Deputy Director of IT, the IT Business Analyst is a key link between the Organisation and IT. In addition to having responsibility for the successful delivery of IT projects, this role is critical in engaging the Organisation to ensure IT is aligned with FIND’s goals through the prioritisation and delivery of value-adding initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
A Business partner who understands the complex matrix environment and supports the identification, delivery and embedding of technology initiatives to achieve FIND’s goals.
Support the development of a prioritised IT project portfolio through engagement with Stakeholders across the Organisation.
Lead and manage technology projects from IT infrastructure to software deployments and process improvement initiatives.
Work with Stakeholders to understand needs and translate them to solutions that deliver value for the Organisation.
Actively work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects secure effective engagement at all levels.
Build and drive successful relationships across the Organisation, promoting a value-first approach to solutions and delivery priorities.
Support the embedding of processes and tools to improve the maturity of IT project governance.
Required qualifications
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Project management etc.)
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in IT project management and solution delivery
- Experience handling a multi-project portfolio and complex requirements, ideally in organizations/companies focused on healthcare
- PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management certification.
Advantageous skills/competencies
- Demonstrated experience in both traditional waterfall and agile/lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements using contemporary approaches and ensuring they are prioritised particularly within a matrix Organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering, influencing, and communicating the business value of technology.
- Work closely with business units to drive business change management activities.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) delivery experience.
