Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Tour Consultant located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for arranging and conducting guided tours, providing excellent customer service, and offering expert travel consulting. The Tour Consultant will also be responsible for promoting and selling travel and tourism packages.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing guided tours and travel consulting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of travel and tourism products and services
- Ability to work well with a team and independently
- Bachelorโs degree or Diploma in Tours and Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Well versed in various areas of tours
- Itinerary pricing and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
