Position Overview:
The Food & Beverage Cost Controller will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial performance of the food and beverage operations of the Hotel. This role involves monitoring and controlling food and beverage inventory costs, analyzing financial data, implementing cost-saving measures, and collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

·        Always maintain a high standard of grooming, appearance, and hygiene.
·        Ability to maintain good rapport and working relationships with team members.
·        Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
·        Minimal integrity lapses in the department.
·        Swift action where integrity lapses are detected.
·        Ability to safeguard the financial integrity and stability of the Hotel and minimize the risks.

Specific Requirements
·        Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setup.
·        Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related course.
·        At least 2 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Cost Controller.
