Hotel Operations Casual

What you will be doing:
Waiter
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Kitchen Steward
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
- Follow housekeeping schedules and standards.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a courteous manner
Security Guards
Gardeners
Front Desk Agents
Commis Cook
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Certificate or Diploma in hotel management or related field
- Food handlers’ certificate for Waiters, Kitchen Stewards
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
