- Training and Tool Familiarization:
- Engage in a one-day training session to familiarize yourself with data collection tools.
- Participate in the pre-testing of these tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Digital Data Collection Mastery:
- Utilize pre-coded digital tools, specifically the Kobo platform, for efficient and accurate data collection.
- Be adept at identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in real-time.
- Observations and Notes Compilation:
- Collate relevant observations, notes, and challenges encountered during fieldwork.
- Provide valuable insights that can enhance the overall data collection process.
- Timely Submission:
- Adhere to project timelines by ensuring the timely submission of all collected data and accompanying notes.

- Prior experience in conducting surveys.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both in English and the local language.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Independence and Location:
- Capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Residency in the assigned county.
- Technical Requirements:
- Access to a smartphone compatible with digital data collection tools for the duration of the assignment.
