  1. Training and Tool Familiarization:
    • Engage in a one-day training session to familiarize yourself with data collection tools.
    • Participate in the pre-testing of these tools to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Digital Data Collection Mastery:
    • Utilize pre-coded digital tools, specifically the Kobo platform, for efficient and accurate data collection.
    • Be adept at identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in real-time.
  3. Observations and Notes Compilation:
    • Collate relevant observations, notes, and challenges encountered during fieldwork.
    • Provide valuable insights that can enhance the overall data collection process.

    • Prior experience in conducting surveys.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both in English and the local language.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Independence and Location:
    • Capability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Residency in the assigned county.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Access to a smartphone compatible with digital data collection tools for the duration of the assignment.
