VACANY: TECHNICAL INTERN

Job Title:  Technical Intern
Reporting to:  Senior Systems Administrator and Technical Advisor
Location: Nairobi

Internship Purpose

The Internship program will provide an opportunity to gain hands on work- experience, expand knowledge, refine career goals and build professional network and mentors

You will:

1. Gain exposure to technical aspects.
2. Provide support to the IT team.
3. Assist in troubleshooting issues and offer technical support.
4. Perform WHOIS checks.
5. Communicate with Registrars to address domains with inaccurate WHOIS information.
6. Undertake any other relevant tasks assigned to the job holder as needed.

Basic Requirements :

1. A recent graduate holding a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT course.
2. Knowledge in Cybersecurity is an added advantage.
3. Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
4. Competencies include being personable, presentable, and articulate, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities, teamwork proficiency, a robust work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
