We are seeking to recruit a qualified an enthusiastic Front Office Administrator (Maternity Reliever) who is passionate about their work, loves animals, and can provide excellent customer service to join our dynamic and vibrant team.

Job Title: Front Office Administrator

Location: Nairobi Department: Front Office Reports to: Practice Manager

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                     

  1. Greeting clients and setting a positive office
  2. Answering office phone, take messages and direct calls to appropriate
  3. Sending reminders, coordinating house visits and making follow ups with
  4. Preparing and issuing invoices to
  5. Debt collecting through calling, emailing and sending messages to clients with outstanding bills.
  6. Responding to a wide variety of enquiries for the purpose of providing information or direction as may be required.
  7. Printing and properly filing client invoices and receipts in the appropriate
  8. Providing excellent customer
  9. Scheduling
  10. Timely preparing and issuing relevant travel documents to
  11. Directing clients to the relevant doctors on duty in good
  12. Performing any other relevant duty as shall be assigned from time to

Requirements.                                                                                                      

  1. Holder of a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related
  2. At least three years of relevant
  3. Certificate in Computer
