About the Role:
As a trusted partner, Yusudi is thrilled to be backing Jumbo Chem Kenya in search of a dynamic and motivated Motorbike Project Sales Representative with at least 2 years experience in sales and proficiency in riding a motorbike for at least 6 months, coupled with a valid driving license. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in customer prospecting, focusing on building construction sites. He/She will engage with Developers, Foremen, and Fundis, pitching for sales and collecting essential data.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Prospecting:
- You will proactively seek and identify potential customers. This involves physically visiting construction sites, engaging with key stakeholders, and creating opportunities for sales.
Sales Pitch:
- You will utilize your sales expertise to communicate the value proposition to different stakeholders within the construction industry effectively. Tailor your pitch to address the specific needs and concerns of Developers, Foremen, and Fundis.
Data Collection:
- You will collect essential information about potential customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements, preferences, and challenges.
Relationship Building.
- You will cultivate enduring relationships with potential customers, establishing trust and rapport is crucial for long-term partnerships.
Sales Target Achievement:
- You will work towards specific sales targets set by the organization and contribute to overall team goals.
Requirements
- University Degree from a recognized institution, preferably in mechanical/building engineering or a business-related field.
- Candidates with a minimum O-level qualification, a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, and a proven track record in sales & marketing will be considered.
- At least two years of working experience in sales and marketing.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
