QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements for Appointment: –
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, or any other approved equivalent qualification from a recognized institution from an accredited institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Demonstrates professional competence as reflected in work performance and results.
Duties and Responsibilities: –
- Prepare estimates of expenditure on general office services;
- Ensure safe custody of invoices, receipts and other records;
- Verify compiled statistical records for accuracy;
- Prepare of estimates of expenditure for general office services;
- Prepare and submit monthly reports;
- Assist planning office accommodation and layout;
- Prepare and submit budget estimates; and
- Prepare and maintain records and ensure proper maintenance of the filing system.
