About the role
Ampersand is looking for a skilled Electronics Repair Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and repair of a wide range of electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment and devices to identify issues.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on electronic components and circuitry.
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Utilize various testing equipment and tools for accurate diagnostics. - Collaborate with other team members to share insights and solutions.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and testing results.
- Assist the battery technician when is needed

Minimum requirements
- A degree or a diploma in Electronics
- Relevant certifications in electronics repair or equivalent experience.
- Understand the basic working principle of batteries
- Must be Computer literate
- Quick learner to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles and battery technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
