Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch & Filing: Efficiently dispatching letters to their respective destinations and ensuring a systematic filing system is in place.
- Financial Documentation: Preparing payment vouchers, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Data Management & Communication: Compiling data for various reports and drafting correspondences as required by the institution.
