Internship Overview
Our internship program at Insight aims to provide graduates with practical experience in a real-world work environment. The SOC Internship offers an immersive opportunity to contribute to our Operations Centre (ROC) and gain hands-on experience in security-related functions.
Responsibilities of SOC Intern
As an SOC Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Operations Centre. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Upholding operational rules, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Handling client calls professionally and ensuring timely feedback.
- Ensuring clients receive subscribed services by following predefined procedures.
- Participating in the delivery of security-related information for our clients.
- Conducting remote supervision and monitoring of client sites and assets.
Required Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in security studies or a related field.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Duration and Benefits This internship program spans 3 months, with the potential for an extension. Interns will receive a stipend to cover transport and lunch expenses.
