Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring HR records are kept and appropriate reports are compiled and well presented
- Payroll preparation in liaison with HR manager and finance department to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Developing the exit process and final settlement for employees,
- Handling disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with the disciplinary policy and employment labour laws.
- Maintaining good communication within the company
- Maintain efficient leave management system in coordination with the supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent,
- At least Two (2) years experience in a similar role in a Flower Industry
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
