GRADUATE TRAINEES (PRODUCTION-SANITARY FACTORY)
Nature of the Job – Full time.
Age Requirement: 24 – 28 years
Required Number-10 posts (Preferably Male)
Location: Miwani-Kisumu
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.
- Working closely with the shift leaders/translators/supervisors.
- Handling all round up tasks in respective section, efficient coordination of duties handed over.
- Following up on quality of production and formulation requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a recent college graduate with Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. Preferably undertaken and completed mandatory school attachment.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
a.) Willing and eager to learn.
b.) Be computer literate/proficient.
c.) Good communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
d.) Good in written English and Fluent oral English.
e.) High level of integrity & professionalism.
f.) A team player.
g.) Self-motivated and can work under minimum or no supervision.
