Overview
Tactive Consulting Group (TCG) comprises a diverse group of consultants representing different expertise but with a common focus to enable market access for SMEs in Sub Saharan Africa.
We are seeking Entry-Level/Interns to join our team and provide support for growth and development initiatives for our network of SMEs on a project basis.
Principle Duties / Responsibilities :
As a Business Analyst Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting client project development and implementation.
- Continuously reviewing business processes for optimization strategies.
- Aiding in requirements analysis and gap assessment.
- Contributing to project documentation, including reports.
- Executing technical tasks such as research exercises.
- Documenting and communicating achieved results.
- Collecting essential data from stakeholder sessions for insightful reports.
- Assisting in resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Managing projects, devising plans, and monitoring their progress.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business requirements.
- Monitoring project deliverables for timely completion.
- Conducting research on economic issues to boost company profits.
- Interpreting market trends and forecasting based on historical data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics ,Data Science ,Finance or Business administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
As a Strategist Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Develop strategies to triple revenue, cut costs, and fuel growth for SMEs.
- Analyze needs, propose solutions, negotiate, and set performance benchmarks.
- Lead strategy implementation with consulting teams, ensuring client updates.
- Oversee improved business strategies, assessing and monitoring their impact.
- Craft presentations and roadmaps for innovative business models.
- Design responsive programs and track ROI for marketing strategies.
- Create marketing plans aligned with client values and objectives.
- Conduct extensive market research and drive business development efforts.
- Evaluate company workflows and study industry competition and behaviors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in degree in business or related field from a reputable institution.
- Some relevant experience or coursework is preferred.
- Keen interest in leading projects independently.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exposure to strategy concepts or consulting through coursework or internships.
- Developing interpersonal and communication skills across different levels.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to high-growth companies.
- Enthusiastic about problem-solving and driving small-scale business growth.
- Open to being mentored, with a drive to contribute innovative ideas.
