Office Incharge

Responsibilities

  • Clearing of riders and truck and monitoring deliveries and collections.
  • Monitoring the security of all parcels and the office materials.
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to the rules and regulations of the company.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed. Oversee the processing of shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with customer service representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or any related field
  • 2 years hands on experience preferably in the Courier Industry
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis is an added advantage

 

Sales Executive – Nairobi

 

Role: Sales Executive

  • To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape and the efficiency of sales

Responsibilities

Courier Truck Driver

 

The main role is to ensure incoming customer’s items are properly received, documented, properly charged and dispatched for delivery while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Loading and Offloading of parcels, inside the truck, and responsible for general safety of the parcels.
  • Carry out a hand-over of parcels as per the Hand-over SOPs
  • Raising cash and contracted customer’s waybills and ensuring proper documentation
  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip. This also involves Making use of Google maps, to help navigate traffic jam
  • A background in courier will be an added advantage

Key Requirements:

  • Must have attained the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
  • Evidence of continuous driving experience for at least 5 years
  • Be able to demonstrate that he/she has no past criminal record and whose integrity is beyond reproach.
  • A valid driving license: Class BCE
