Job Description:

Brief description of duties and responsibilities.

  • Support the HR Department in the execution of various tasks and related projects.
  • Posting job adverts, assist in carrying out interviews by preparing interview documents, getting in touch with the job candidates
  • Update and maintenance of records, staff data manually and on the HRIS
  • Making applications for training to DIT and ensuring proper documentation during the application.

Competence/Skills required for task/job

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
  • Experience using an ERP/HRIS system.
  • Excellent communicator who is self-driven.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
