Job Description:
Brief description of duties and responsibilities.
- Support the HR Department in the execution of various tasks and related projects.
- Posting job adverts, assist in carrying out interviews by preparing interview documents, getting in touch with the job candidates
- Update and maintenance of records, staff data manually and on the HRIS
- Making applications for training to DIT and ensuring proper documentation during the application.
Competence/Skills required for task/job
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
- Experience using an ERP/HRIS system.
- Excellent communicator who is self-driven.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
