– Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

– Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Travel Coordination

– Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

– Prepare travel expense reports and maintain records of travel-related documents.

Meeting Preparation

– Assist in preparing meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.

– Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

Administrative Support

– Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.

– Maintain an organized office environment and ensure supplies are stocked.

Client and Stakeholder Relations
