Job Purpose

We are looking for Credit Control Assistant – Nairobi who can thrive in a hypergrowth business environment. The incumbent will provide support in the credit control department by performing account debt management, account reconciliations and receipt allocations.

Responsibilities

Credit Control

  • Evaluating new credit application, credit bypass & Enhancement.
  • Creating of new credit customer accounts.
  • Managing and Reconciling complex accounts.
  • Resolving invoice payment issues.
  • Consistent Payments follow up to ensure timely payments.
  • Reporting to management on debt related issues.
  • Ensuring the team adhere to credit and collection procedures.
  • Responding to client queries related to payment.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation
  • Degree/Diploma in Finance/ Accounts
  • Proven work experience of at least 1 year in Accounts
  • Familiar with the market trends, product lines and latest medical issues.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP system
  • Attentive to detail
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
