Company Description

Tripitaca is a startup that helps travel businesses increase conversions, collect payments, manage their businesses online, and gain access to credit. We also assist travelers in booking packages and experiences online, finding verified properties and experiences, and making flexible payments safely.

We are looking to fill the position of a Customer Support Executive who will also double as an administrative assistant.

You will be required to:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and any other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information about the services that Tripitaca offers to clients.
  • Listen to clients’ needs and concerns and provide adequate solutions via phone or email.
  • Keep client records and follow up with them on a timely basis for a better customer experience.
  • Handle and manage surveys in regard to solving client service problems.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, concerns and comments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues.
  • Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.

Admin roles:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintain a system for recording expenses and use of petty cash.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
