THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for; Providing the customers with information on airline services, fares & schedules.
Assisting the customers with booking and confirmation of flights.
Relevant Qualifications
Diploma in Tours & Travel Operations
IATA GDS fares & Ticketing Certificate or IATA Travel
& Tourism Consultancy Certificate
Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills
Possess Sound Knowledge of airline reservations
systems (Aerocrs System Preferred)
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Customer service training shall be an added advantage.
