Responsibilities:
– Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or Mental health
– Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication administration
– Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities
– Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate supervisor
– Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications:
– NVQ level 2 or equivalent
– Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or Mental health is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
