Position Overview:
As an Office Assistant, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure the smooth operation of their back-office activities. Your primary responsibilities will include appointment booking, researching potential customers, proposal writing, and lead follow-up. Additionally, you will support our General Manager, allowing them to allocate more time to field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Booking: Schedule and manage appointments for the sales team, ensuring optimal time utilization.
2. Research: Conduct research on potential customers to provide valuable insights and support targeted sales efforts. Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting proposals and sales materials to help the team close deals effectively.
3. Lead Follow-up: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient follow-up with leads and prospects.
4. General Manager Support: Assist the GM in various administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on field sales activities.
5. Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to ensure all responsibilities are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Dynamic and proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse team members.
• Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Diploma/Higher diploma in sales and marketing or any related fields.
