Your major areas of focus will be:

  • Writing content for

    WhatsApp learning. Develop logical message sequences that provide a seamless and user-friendly experience, ensuring that the chat-bot conversation flows naturally.

  • Community content – engaging and inspirational content for our communities
  • Marketing content – Overseeing all marketing campaigns we launch to promote our learning bots.
  • Personality and Tone: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding guidelines across all chat-bot interactions to reinforce our clients’ brand identities.
  • Multimedia Integration: Collaborate with the design team to incorporate images, videos, and other multimedia elements into chat-bot conversations when necessary.

Some parts of your job will be:

  • Ensuring content is mobile-friendly and engaging and relevant to the audience
  • Creating and sustaining engaged communities
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging user experience for users on any of our chat-bots
  • Ability to strategically unpack content
  • Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the department
  • Testing and QA: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any content-related issues or inconsistencies.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years experience in digital marketing, content creation and strong management skills
  • A good understanding of audiences across platforms and how they interact and engage with content in order to effectively provide input and direction to the team
  • Able to work with content management systems
  • Ability to brief team members on project outputs
  • Coordinate resources required (from freelance network – and building network of freelance options to draw from)
  • Strong leadership skills and management skills
  • Key mobile UX experience
  • Strong digital marketing experience and with a key understanding in Facebook products.

Your team (creative, content, and community) will consist of a learning content specialist, designers, community managers, content creators, and conceptual and marketing partners
