Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant. The role will be located in Nairobi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), benefits administration, and training. As a HR Assistant at Socialmeds, you’ll play a vital role in:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Onboarding and Orientation
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Enhancement
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • HR Compliance and Policy Implementation

You’ll work closely with our talented team to create a positive and motivating workplace where our digital marketing professionals can thrive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years minimum HR experience
  • A passion for fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Marketing Agency experience is a plus
  • HR management skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and benefits administration
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
