The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all Presales-  Solution Business and Services.

•          Coordinate and assist Service Admin in Service Sales, SLA Process & Billing of the SLA

and other add-on services.

•          Fully responsible for renewal and SLA contract and secure new SLA contracts by opening

up enquires, Follow-up up with enquires received from other sources and Coordinate with

the client support team for securing new business avenues.

•          Obtain Knowledge and understanding in all product and solution marketed by the team.

•          Generate Enquires and Opportunities in the solution Business and Service Sales Avenue.

•          Client Retention and assist resolving client concern.

•          Support and Sustain all Sales Strategic executed by the team.

•          Work on building new cliental relation by marketing product and service, Building

presentation and use competitive mechanism to secure client needs.

•          Work on set objectives and targets to fulfill sales.

•          Support Manger sales process. Work on Proposals, Quotes and Tenders for

Products and Services.

•          Follow-up and Coordinate sales prospectus and enquires and assist in closure.

•          Liaise with client and Sales manager in business closures.

•          Coordinate and liaise in all commercial process and Debt collections.

•          Provide Weekly Sales Forecast and Revenue generation possibilities.

•          Mange key accounts and cliental on services sales. Build sound relation with decision makers.

•          Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
