We are looking for a Travel and Tours Assistant (TTA) who will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This position involves assisting clients, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth travel experiences. The TTA should possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism or related field a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills in digital and social media marketing
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A passion for travel and an understanding of various destinations and cultures.
