Responsibilities

  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Managing after-sales admin work such as checking sale agreements, send sale agreements for authorised signatories, proper update of sales summary
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Skills & Qualification.

  • Diploma/ Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Min of 3 years of experience preferably in a real estate developer firm
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Time management and organisation skills
