Responsibilities
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
- Managing after-sales admin work such as checking sale agreements, send sale agreements for authorised signatories, proper update of sales summary
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Skills & Qualification.
- Diploma/ Degree in business administration or a related field
- Min of 3 years of experience preferably in a real estate developer firm
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Time management and organisation skills
