Requirements for Joining MSC Cruises
To be a part of the MSC Cruises family, we have some specific requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience: We require a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel or in a cruise line in a similar position. We value expertise and a strong background in the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is essential as it ensures effective communication with our diverse international guests.
- European Language Proficiency: For positions in cruise staff and shop sellers, proficiency in any European language such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian is required. This is to enhance guest interactions and create a truly international experience.
