1. ICT Support Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks
• Monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems and networks
• Providing technical support across the company by responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests (in person, remote connection or over the phone).
• Setting up accounts for new users and computers
• Repairing and replacing of equipment when necessary
• Training staff on basic trouble shooting techniques for smooth business operations.
• Testing out of new technology
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Providing timely and accurate staff feedback
• Monitoring and maintaining of company’s social media platforms, Bulk sms (short messages) and website
• Creating and disseminating of digital marketing content.
• Managing backups for both cloud and Hard disk.
• Provide remote support for other branches
• Liaise with external contractors to maintain systems and networks
• Source for new equipment and replacement parts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a Related Field.
• Excellent knowledge of software and hardware applications
• Adequate report writing and presentation skills
• Familiar with the Sage ERP
Salary 40,000
