Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and meet ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Continuously monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure target attainment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify potential leads and convert them into actual sales opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products/services and their benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Conduct product training sessions for both internal teams and clients to enhance product understanding and usage.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and product/service offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in the Insurance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
