We are looking for well-spoken telesales representatives to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone. The telesales representatives duties include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Achieve sales targets as set forth in the sales projections.

Manage your sales funnel by reaching out to potential clients and maintaining relationships in a very organized manner.

Ensure sales are conducted according to documented processes and procedures

Ensure to only sell to customers that are able to pay for the products during the loan period through proper due diligence and KYC of customers being onboarded.

Ensure proper documentation and handling of the administrative work involved in the onboarding of new facilities.

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.

Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Requirements

1+ years of B2B Sales experience , 1+ years in telesales experience in a tough environment

Banking, Insurance (Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working in the medical space is an added advantage)

Familiarity with office applications (especially Excel) as well as Google Drive, Google Forms, Skype, etc.

Excellent communication skills.

The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Linguistic capabilities: Swahili, and English.
