We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities and relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new sales of business processing outsourcing in the customer support market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, verify, qualify, and deliver revenue-generating deals
- Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
- Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
- Manage and drive the sales cycle from an initial stage to securing a deal and delivering client needs.
- A collaborative effort with teammates to demonstrate business value to clients.
- Contribute towards the company marketing effort.
- Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a business development representative or in sales with proven sales success.
- Experience working within the software engineering industry.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business process improvement skills.
- Effective problem discovery, solving, and analytical skills.
