Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for various stakeholders across the enterprise using tools such as MSSQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Establish and validate the important business intelligence requirements, as well as the business challenges and major goals of new projects.
- Use proper technologies to analyze and design business intelligence continuously. improve it.
- Implement, configure, coordinate, and plan business intelligence technologies.
- Establish and maintain effective interactions with user groups, learning about their content to track trends and analytics based on findings and insights across numerous digital product efforts and websites.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through Data Governance decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborations with cross-functional teams from multiple business units and IT to ensure project success.
- Create, produce, and provide accurate reports to business units as needed/requested.
- Encourage efforts to rationalize and simplify reporting.
- Assist in the development and execution of ad hoc business and performance reporting utilizing BI tools and/or query languages as needed by the company.
- Create data models to pull data from operational databases and translate the data into easily understandable business perspectives.
- Create, maintain, and run business intelligence dashboards and reports access matrix.
- Promote the use and implementation of data analytics culture
- Run separate reports from the production database to the dedicated reports database and optimize report queries and environments.
- Responsibilities for project management and other activities may be allocated from time to time.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in analytical
- 3+ analytics experience
- Proven experience with programming for data analysis.
- Proven experience in MSSQL, Power BI, Tableau, and R.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of agile delivery
