- You must have great leadership and problem solving skills.
- You must be able to supervise and offer leadership to the team to ensure the business nail salons runs smoothly.
- You must have excellent customer service skills to solve customer problems and come up with standards to ensure our customer service is exceptional.
- You must be proactive, flexible and diligent and have great communication skills.
Roles-
- Resolving customer issues and handling any customer issues.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
- Responding to customer reviews
- Ensuring the team deliver excellent customer training at all times and come up with standards for the business.
- Manage day to day operations of the business ensuring standards set are followed.
