CPHRM Group is seeking experienced data collection enumerators to join our team for an important data quality assurance assignment.

Job Details

Locations :

Kisumu, Migori, Narok, Kisii; Kilifi, Lamu, Kwale, Taita-Taveta; Tana River, Garissa, Kitui; Samburu, Laikipia, Isiolo; West Pokot, Baringo; Murang’a and Tharaka Nithi.

Remuneration:

Successful candidates will be compensated at a rate of Kshs 2,200/= (Two Thousand, Two Hundred Shillings) per day. This remuneration is designed to cover daily wages and logistics and will be based on daily targets as outlined in the appointment letter. Payments will be made at the end of each fourteen-day cycle of data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

As a data collection enumerator at CPHRM Group, you will be expected to:

  1. Visit sampled households to interview eligible respondents and collect data using a digitized prescribed tool.
  2. Clearly explain the objectives of the assignment and the procedures involved to household respondents.
  3. Assist respondents in interpreting interview questions to ensure a complete and accurate response.
  4. Conduct extensive and thorough visual surveys of sampled households.
  5. Undertake further probing of responses to ensure the information provided is accurate.
  6. Double-check information on survey information pads to ensure data accuracy.
  7. Maintain continuous communication with your supervisor regarding progress and completed assignments.
  8. Identify and report any issues that may arise while attempting to obtain valid data.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least a mean grade of C- Minus or its equivalent in form four level of education.
  • Physical fitness, as this role may require walking long distances and working long hours.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
